I have considered the applicant's motion filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. It appears from the application's tenor that the applicant has misconstrued the directions given on 7 September 2023. The applicant's application was neither dismissed nor adjourned. It was considered and the applicant directed to serve the application for directions on 18 October 2023. I find no reason in the instant application for departing from the previous directions. They subsist till 18 October 2023 as earlier scheduled. It is so ordered.
