1. Having considered the objection raised by the Appellant regarding the representation of the Respondent by the firm of Rachier and Amollo Advocates LLP, I find that the said firm is properly on record and shall be so deemed.
2. The full reasons for the decisions shall be set out in the ruling in respect of the Respondent's application dated 31.07.2023 which is now fixed for hearing on 04.09.2023.
