' 1. In a ruling delivered on 13th October 2025 , this Court dismissed the application dated 11th April 2025 , vide which the plaintiff/applicant sought an injunction on the grounds that the damages, if any, that could be suffered by the plaintiff/applicant if the injunction was denied, are capable of being compensated by an award of damages.
2. The plaintiff/applicant has filed a similar application dated 6th November 2025, seeking, yet again, to be granted an injunction to prevent the sale of the charged property. In my view, the new application does not raise any new grounds.
3. In the circumstances, I direct that the Notice of Motion dated 6th November 2025 be served on the Respondent within three days of the date hereof for hearing interpartes on 20th November 2025.
