1. The applicant was granted leave to apply on 14/11/2025 in HC JR Misc No. E150/2025 granting the ex-parte applicant 14 days within which to file and serve the substantive motion.
2. The 14 th day lapsed on 28/11/2025. However, the applicant filed the substantive notice of motion dated 18/11/2025 on 2/12/2025 which was way after the end date.
3. The application was therefore filed outside the time limited by the court without leave of court.
4. Accordingly, the application dated 18/11/2025 is incompletely filed. It is hereby struck out with no orders as to costs and this file is closed.
5. The applicant is at liberty to apply for leave afresh. I so order.
