This matter was coming up today for Hearing of the Notice of Motion Application dated 09/07/2024. The Respondents do not dispute that they were served with the Application, the Petition, and this Court's previous Orders dated 10/07/2024 on 10/07/2024; and in fact they confirm the service as presented in the Petitioner/Applicant's Affidavit of Service that is on record.
The Respondents having had notice and sufficient time to have responded to the Application but having failed to do so, and also noting the urgency and circumstances at issue, it is fit and just that Prayers 2 and 3 of the Application be granted as prayed in the interim, which I hereby do.
The remaining Prayers 4,5, and 6 are reserved for full hearing of the Application dated 09/07/2024.
Directions on the further and full hearing of the Application dated 09/07/2024 shall be issued separately.
