1. I have perused the application dated 23/9/2024 under certificate of urgency. I find no urgency involved. I decline to certify it as urgent.
2. I observe that on 19/3/2024, this court transferred this matter to Vihiga High Court for hearing and final determination and on 20/3/2024, the entire file was transmitted to Vihiga High Court it follow that there are proceedings pending before this court for the parties to file further pleadings.
3. The parties to be notified to reroute their pleadings to Vihiga High Court.
