3. There has been no action in the file since 2022.
4. Consequently, the Court is of the view that the Appellants are no longer interested in the matter.
5. In essence, the Application dated 01.12.2022 be and is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
6. Similarly, the Memorandum of Appeal dated 15.07.2022 is also dismissed for want of prosecution.
7. There will be no orders as to costs.
