1. The summons for leave to bring Judicial Review proceedings, the statutory statement, and its verifying affidavit, all dated 28th August 2024, have been placed before me, and I have read and considered them,
2. I hereby grant leave, in terms of prayer 2 of the said summons, but that grant of leave shall not operate as stay of the suspension.
3. The substantive Motion shall be filed within 21 days of the date of grant of leave.
