I have carefully perused the motion dated 14.1.25  and i note that the intended appeal emanates from a case which was determined  by Keroka Court which is within the Jurisdiction of Nyamira High Court. This matters is thus transferred to Nyamira High court for hearing and determination. Mention on 23.1.25 before DR Nyamira for placement before the Judge .
