  • I have read the applicant\\\'s application dated 30 August 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am not satisfied that the application is urgent as to be heard during this Honourable Court\\\'s current recess. Nonetheless, the applicant is granted leave to file a motion for judicial review reliefs in terms of prayers 3 (a) and (b) of the chamber summons. The motion shall be filed and served within seven days of the date of this ruling. The respondent shall file and serve its response to the application within seven days of the date of service of the applicant\\\'s motion. The motion shall be mentioned on 22 October 2024 for purposes of taking directions on the manner of its disposal. It is so ordered.
