RULING
This is a ruling to the application dated 25th September ,2024 and supplementary application dated 27th September,2024.
It is opposed vide a reply dated 04th October, 2024
It was directed by the court that it be canvassed by way of written submissions.
I have considered the application, response, the submissions filed by parties and relevant law .
I proceed to allow the application on the following terms..
1. The Motor Vessel M/T \"R OCEAN\" be released on deposit of a bank guarantee of USD 400,000 as proposed by the applicant pending determination of this matter.
2. The Bank guarantee be verified and approved by the Admiralty martial in presence of the parties representatives herein on priority basis.
3. Matter be mentioned on 15th 0ctober 2024 for pre -trial directions.
4. Costs will be in the cause.
