The Respondent’s application dated 12.05.2023 seeks orders against the Petitioner in respect of a Trust Deed. The application is dismissed on the ground that the judgment dated 19.05.2022 finalised the matter by dismissing the suit hence there is nothing further to determine. The Respondents cannot introduce other causes of action and seek relief once the suit was dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
