I have looked at the Certificate of Urgency dated 22.3.23, alongside the Appliants Affidavit sworn on even date.
The issues raised and the reliefs sought by the Applicant seem to be of a criminal and not of a Judicial Review nature.
This court lacks the jurisdiction to hear the Application.
The application shall be transferred to the High Court Criminal Division forthwith.
The matter shall be mentioned on 29th March 2023 before the Deputy Registrar of The High Court Criminal Division for further directions.
It is so ordered.
