RULING

  1. The Application dated 31.07.2024 is seeking for Orders that the OCS Lolgorian police station do provide security to BETICO Auctioneers to evict the Defendant/Respondent from L.R Transmara/Nkararo/341.
  2. So far, the eviction orders issued on 29.03.2024 have not been stayed and set aside.
  3. Consequently, Prayer 2 in the Application dated 31.07.2024 is hereby granted.
  4. There will be no orders as to costs.
