I have considered the considered the application herein and the affidavit in support thereof sworn by Silavance Otieno Oyola and I do hereby order that the pre-trial period served in custody by the Applicant be factored in during the computation of his custodial term pursuant to the provision of Section 333 (2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
