I have perused the Chamber summons application dated the 30th of August 2024 and the affidavit in support of the urgency. For reasons stated therein, am satisfied that the Notice of Motion of even date merits admission for hearing during the court\'s recess. It is so admitted.
Upon considering the Notice of Motion dated 30th August 2024, the grounds relied upon and the supporting affidavit, i make orders as follows;
1. The application be served forthwith.
2. Response be filed and served within 14 days hereof.
3. A supplementary affidavit if desired be filed within 7 days of service of Response.
4. Prayer 2 in the Notice of Motion is allowed pending further orders of the court.
5. Matter be mentioned before any judge at Nyeri on 24th September 2024.
