I have read the application dated 10th July 2025. I have taken into consideration the directions I issued on 4th July 2025 for the hearing of this matter on 21st July 2025. I note that there is a clear and present risk that the Kenya Revenue Authority may destroy the goods subject to this cause unless orders sought are issued before 20th July 2025.
