1. Upon considering the Appellant's Chamber Summons dated 24.8.2026, the supporting affidavit and the certificate of urgency, I do find that the Appellant's Notice of Motion dated 24.8.2026 merits consideration during the High Court Recess and I therefore admit it for hearing as such.
