I have considered the Motion on Notice dated 1/2/2023 seeking the extension of time within which to register a security. I have considered the supporting affidavit thereto that has set out the reasons for the delay and I am satisfied with the same. Accordingly, I allow the application and extend the time for the registration for a further period of 30 days from the date of this ruling.
