Considering that the application concerns, to a greater degree, the enforcement of the Anticorruption and Economic Crimes Act, the appropriate court that is ideally placed to dispose of this application is the Anti-corruption Division of this Honourable Court, sitting in Nairobi. Accordingly, I direct that this matter the transferred to that Division for disposal or for such orders or directions that the Presiding Judge in that Division may deem necessary to issue.
