AMENDMENT/CORRECTION
The attention of the Court has been drawn to the fact that the Court has referred to the Petitioners as Respondents and given an incorrect Ruling date. The reference was a typographical error and the same is amended/corrected to read as 1st to 8th Petitioners.The date of delivery of Ruling is also amended to 29 May 2024 and not 29 June 2024.
The Deputy Registrar to notify the parties of the amendments/corrections.
