Upon perusal of the pleadings ,this court has formed the opinion that the case does not belong to The Judicial Review Division of The High Court.
In the circumstances i direct that the file be placed before the Presiding Judge of The Constitutional and Human Rights Division for further directions.
The Deputy Registrar shall assign the matter an urgent mention date that is convenient to the Presiding Judge.
It is so ordered.
