RULING
1. In view of the new information that there exists another known as ELD No.73 of 2020 which a Decree was issued in relation to the suit property however, this information was never disclosed to the Court in the Application dated 09.04.2025.
2. Consequently, this Court on its own motion do hereby discharge the Orders of injunction issued on the 19.05.2025 in this file forthwith.
