'1. I have heard parties herein in respect to the application filed under Certificate of Urgency. They have indicated that the tournament is to start tomorrow. In my view, they have come to court late in the day. There is no doubt that preparations have been done in respect to the tournament scheduled for tomorrow.
2. I also take note of the fact that jurisdiction of this court is being challenged. The matter was being mentioned today to confirm compliance in respect to filing of written submissions in respect to Preliminary Objection challenging this court’s jurisdiction.
3. In view of the fact that the application has come to court at the eleventh hour to stop the tournament scheduled for tomorrow, and the fact that the issue of jurisdiction is yet to be determined, I am inclined to decline conservatory orders sought by the petitioner.
