I have considered the Chamber Summons dated 28th July 2025. I note that the matter is urgent as the Ward is said to be mentally ill and in need of medical attention.
In the interest of justice, I order that the said Summons be heard on 23rd September 2025. The hearing will be by way of viva voce evidence. I direct that the applicant, the subject/Ward and the members of the subject/Ward's immediate family attend court on the same day. The psychiatrist who examined him will testify. I further direct that the chief of the area where the subject/ward resides write a report giving details of the family of the subject/Ward.
