Owing to the lengthy hearing that proceeded today in ELC NO 21 OF 2020 LIEN ESTATES DEVELOPERS V KENSINGTON ESTATES AND OTHERS and the need to attend a Judges' Meeting as from 4 pm after that hearing the delivery of the ruling scheduled in this matter was not possible and the same is hereby rescheduled to 7/4/2025 immediately after the call over for that day.
