The ruling in the present matter which was to be delivered today on the
Motion dated 22/4/2024 and which could not be delivered owing to the
court's busy schedule today shall be delivered on 8/4/2025 at 12:00 noon
in the presence of all the advocates who are by the upload of these directions
notified to attend.
