COURT – In light of the proceedings at the Court of Appeal, whose outcome of whichever nature would definitely not allow this court to proceed with the Judgment-debtor’s application, it would be worthless to maintain the Judgment Debtor's application dated 14th April 2026 on record. It is hereby struck out.
The sums deposited in Court as security pending appeal may be released to Counsel for the Decree Holder, unless the Court of Appeal issues an order staying the release.
