Having considered the Notice of Motion dated 25th March 2025 which seeks a review of Muigai J's judgment delivered on 5th February 2025 which seeks to correct errors apparent on the face of the record and upon satisfying itself that there are indeed errors in the judgment this court makes orders as follows;
1. That the child's name is corrected to read LAZ.
2. That the adoptive father's business is corrected to read '' a businessman currently running a fitness gym".
3. That the Legal Guardian's name is corrected to read MIRIAM AWINO AOLOO.
4. That the child's previous name is corrected to read LAZARO HAMISI.
5. That a fresh adoption order shall issue to reflect the correctios made.
6. That the amended adoption order shall be lodged with the Registrar and the Registrar is directed to enter the same in the Adoption Children Register.
