'This matter coming up on 4th September for directions on the notice of motion under certificate of urgency dated 3rd September 2025 before Honourable Justice S. M. Kibunja in the absence of parties/counsel:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. THAT in view of the orders previously issued in respect of related applications herein, including that of 26th August 2025, the court finds no urgency has been disclosed for the notice of motion to be considered during the ongoing recess.
2. THAT nevertheless, the application be served before close of business tomorrow the 5th September 2025, and evidence of service be filed.
3. THAT the respondents to file and serve replies in fourteen (14) days after service
4. THAT the application be heard inter parties on the 16th September 2025, together with the others that are coming up on that date.
