'I have read the applicant''s application dated September 4, 2025, filed under a certificate of urgency of the same date. Considering that the impugned criminal proceedings were instituted way back in 2024, I am not satisfied that the application is urgent. I direct that the application be served within 7 days of the date of this order. The respondents and the interested party will file and serve their response within 7 days of the date of service of the applicant''s application. The application shall be mentioned on  4 November 2025 for directions on its disposal. It is so ordered.'
