3. The Applicant is seeking for a stay pending appeal.
4. However, since 23.06.2024, the Applicant has not filed any appeal before the Court of Appeal.
5. At the time of filing this application the time to file an Appeal before the Court of Appeal had lapsed.
6. Consequently, the stay orders being sought cannot be issued without any appeal before the Court of Appeal.
7. The application dated 28.03.2025 is therefore dismissed with costs.
