RULING
1. An Order be and is hereby issued to the OCS (Kesses Police Station) to provide adequate and sufficient security to the officials of Kelchin Farm Limited and the Government or private surveyors to demarcate the property known as L.R 9621 and prepare the mutation of the entire land as directed bythe Court on the 21.05.2025.
2. The costs of the security will be borne by the 2nd defendant.
3. Prayer No.2 and 4 is not granted.
4. Costs of the Application will be in the cause.
