(From the original conviction and sentence in Tamu Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court Criminal Case No. E081 of 2023)
1. On 14th May 2023, the convict Ramanus Obura Owele was sentenced to serve 2 years’ imprisonment for the offence of stealing Motorcycle parts. This was through plea bargain.
2. He is a first offender. However, No presentence report was filed.
3. In the spirit of prison decongestion, as the offender has served 6 months already, he shall be conditionally released not to reoffend for the next 6 months and unless otherwise lawfully held, he is hereby forthwith set at liberty.
