' 1. Application dated 25..1.24 is considered .
2.The same seeks consideration of the remand period in computing the sentence of the applicant.
3. The applicant was first remanded on 27.2.20 . The said period was not taken into account under section 333(2) of the CPC during sentencing . I direct that the same be taken into account .
4. I have also noted that the applicant was charged with grevious harm contrary to Section 234 of the penal code and sentenced to 15 years imprisonment. The complainant sustained tibia fibular fracture and soft tissue injuries . The sentence was excessive . I proceed to reduce the same to 6 years imprisonment. the same to run from 27.2.20 when he was first remanded till completion .
