I have perused and considered the application for stay of execution and so as not to take too much judicial time on the application instead of on the appeal the same is granted but on condition that the Appellant/Applicant shall within 30 days of todays date deposit the entire decretal sum either in court of in an interest earning account in the joint names of Counsel for the parties failing which the order for stay of execution shall lapse.
Secondly within the same period the advocate for the Appellant/Applicant to file and serve the record of Appeal and the Hon. Deputy Registrar of this court to call for the record of the lower court (LCF) directions on the Appeal shall be given on 26th May, 2025.
Orders accordingly.
