The application dated 24.04.2023 is made under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. It is not opposed and the time for setting aside has lapsed. The application is allowed and the Arbitral award dated 06.03.2034 by David Mereka, Sole Arbitrator, is duly recognised as a judgment of the court and leave is granted for the same to be enforced.
The Respondent shall pay costs assessed at Kshs. 50,000.00.
