The Advocates application dated 30.09.2022 is made under section 51 of the Advocates Act. It is not opposed and is accordingly allowed on the following terms. Judgment is entered for the Advocate against the Client for Kshs. 134,270 with interest at 14% pa from 26.09.2022 until payment in full. The Client shall bear costs assessed at Kshs. 10,000.00.
