The Objector has not shown a legal or equitable interest in the attached property. In its deposition in support of the application, it has only attached the proclamation showing the goods attached, the resolution by the company to commence the proceedings and the certificate of incorporation. There is nothing showing that the premises where the goods were attached belong to it or that the goods attached belong to it by providing for example, receipts for purchase of the goods.
The Objector’s application dated 24.03.2023 is dismissed with costs.
