On 17.7.23,the contemnor was cited for contempt of the Judgement of 6th October 2017 and ruling dated 14th March 23 After mitigation, the matter was set down for sentencing on 3.4.24. On 3.4.24 when this matter came up for sentencing, the contemnor made an oral Application for an order for a locus in quo.The same was vehemently opposed.
Upon hearing the rival submissions of the parties, the court set this matter down for ruling on 18.4.24 by consent of counsel which is during the leave days of the court.
On 17.4.24 the parties herein entered into a consent that has overtaken the need for the ruling.
The consent shall be adopted as an order of the court in the presence of the parties on 11.6.24.
