I have considered the notice of motion dated 13/9/2024 the supporting affidavit sworn by Richard B.O. Onsongo on even date and the enclosures therein and I have also considered the oral submissions of counsels for the parties and i note that this application is not opposed wherefore I allow it and make the following orders:
1) The certificate of cost dated 6/6/2024 for a sum of Ksh 2,000,000 is hereby adopted as a judgment of this court.
2) The said sum of ksh 2 million shall attract interest at the rate of 14% from 6/6/2024 until payment in full.
3) An order of stay of execution is granted for a period of 30 days from the date hereof.
4) An order of stay of execution is granted for a period of 30 days from the date hereof.
