1. On 4th March 2024, the Convict Rhafael Odhiambo Obonyo was sentenced to serve 1 year imprisonment for the offence of conspiracy to defraud. He pleaded guilty. He was a first offender. He has already served nearly 9 months of the 1 year prison term.
2. In the spirit of prison decongestion, I order that the period served is sufficient and therefore unless otherwise lawfully held, Rhafael Odhiambo Obonyo shall be released from prison and warned not to reoffend.
