RULING
1. This matter relates to ELC No. E039 of 2025 in which this Court recorded a consent in relation to the suit property.
2. Consequently, the Court is of the view that this file should be handled by ELC-1 so that justice is not only done, but also seen to be done.
3. In essence, the file is hereby transferred to ELC-1 for further action.
4. The matter will be mentioned on 09.02.2026 before ELC-1 for further directions.
5. The Interim Orders issued on the 11.12.2025 are hereby extended to the 09.02.2026
