i have considered the application dated 23.1.26 together with sentiments of the state and the pre-sentence review report filed herein. The report is unfavourable as it indicates that the home environment is not safe for the accused. Accused also ought to have appealed it he was dissatisfied with the sentence . The sentence was within the law . Application is devoid of merit and it is dismissed.
