1. I have perused the full settlement agreement dated 26.3.2025 between the parties and their respective advocates on the following terms :
a. The the decretal sum of Ksh. 7,262,308 is not opposed and shall be settled in the following instalments ;
i. Ksh. 3,001.753.97 to be paid on or before 30.6.2025.
ii. Ksh. 2.130.277.02 to be paid on or before 30.9. 2025 .
iii Ksh. 2,130,277.03 to be paid on or before 30.10.2025 as full and final settlement.
iv. Interest accrued in the period after the 28.3.2024 to date has been forfeited .
2. I proceed to adopt the said agreement as judgment of this court in this matter.
