1. This is an application seeking that the accused person who is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the penal code be released on bond.
2. The court directed that a pre-bail report be availed and the same dated 4.3.2025 was accordingly filed.
3. I have perused the report and the same is positive. The court also notes that the parties are engaged in plea bargain negotiations.
4. In this regard I am satisfied that there are no compelling reasons to warrant the denial of bond to the accused person.
5. The court now hereby grant the accused personal bond of 100,000/= plus one surety.
