1. I heard and saw all the witnesses who testified in this matter.

3. I am satisfied, from the record, that the prosecution placed the accused at the scene of the killing of the deceased, in circumstances which establish that there is a case for him to answer. I accordingly put him on his defence.
4. The defence shall happen on 9th October 2025.
