COURT
THIS matter coming for plea on 26.9.025 before Charles Kariuki Judge, and upon hearing state counsel and accused persons advocates,
and the state having conceded to the bail/bond application ,the court makes the following orders;
1.The accused persons application for bail/bond is granted on the following terms;
i.Accused person no 1 is to execute a bond of ksh 350,000 with two securities of equal amount.
ii.Accused no 2 being a minor and student shall execute a bond of ksh 50,000 with one surety of equal amount
in alternative deposit a cash bail of ksh 25000.
2.The accused persons have to abide the following terms;
i.They shall not contact any of the witnesses directly or indirectly.
ii.They shall not visit the school where the incident took place unless and until otherwise authorized by the court.
iii.They shall be reporting to the DCI office Narok every first week week of the succeeding months with effect from 6.10.2025.
3.The terms shall remain until further orders of the court.
4.Any breach of the above terms and conditions above will dis-entitle the accused person futher enjoyment of the bail/bond
as the court will cancel the same.
5.Mention is fixed on the 14.10.2025 for per-trial directions.
