1. David Elijah Otieno Owidi was on 15/8/2025 charged with the murder of Rose Rimona Akoth on 11/7/2025. The charge was under section 203 as read with section 204 of the Penal Code.
2. The prosecution paraded 9 witnesses. I have considered the testimony on record and the submissions of counsel and I am satisfied that a prima facie case has been established against the accused to warrant him being placed on his defence.
