Republic VS DADIUS NCHORE NYAKUNDI AND JOHN MOSOTA NYASERA

I have heard the prosecution and defence. I have also seen the two reports . It is clear that A1 appeared in the school where his son  C. O schools on 16.5.24  and that he previously was not involved in the education   of the child  and this frightened the child . A1 is a father to the child and the children officers report indicated that the said child and another are now in need of care and protection and on 30.7.24 , I referred the matter to the children court for consideration of issuance  protection orders .   I note that A1 works for the County Government of Kisii and it has emerged that he has another young which depends on his  family  . I will admit A1 to bond of Kshs 500,000/= with two sureties in the like sum . I also order that he reports to DCI  Nyamache every Friday .
I also issue orders restraining him from visiting  the children or their maternal grand parents home or having any contact with them directly or indirectly till this matters is heard and determined .
Incase of breach of the foregoing orders warrants of arrest will issue and the bond will be cancelled .
